Welcome to the SHRM, Iowa Senior Professionals site!

We are excited to announce that ISHRA, Iowa Senior Human Resources Association, is rebranding to align more closely with the SHRM master brand.  This new look and feel reflects our shared values, mission and goals as we work towards creating better workplaces and a better world.  We are an affiliate of SHRM, an international organization that elevates the HR profession and empowers people and workplaces by advancing HR practices and by maximizing human potential.

Our members are accomplished leaders in the HR field and our programming focuses on topics relevant to top HR and organizational decision makers. We are a network for information, professional development and continued support of excellence in Human Resources. Our members regularly share best practices and local benchmarking information.

If you have interest in learning more about Iowa Senior Professionals, please contact one of our board members and we would be happy to invite you attend one of our events as special guest. Our membership is primarily centered in the Iowa City, Cedar Rapids and surrounding areas.
