HOW COMPENSATION IS (AND NEEDS TO BE) STRATEGIC
webinar presented by:
Julie Caspar is Assistant Clinical Professor at Drake University's Master's of Science
Leadership Development program, where she teaches human resources, human
performance improvement and total rewards classes. Julie has over 25 years experience
working in the Human Resources profession in domestic and international positions and
is also President of HR Hotline, a human resources consulting company based in the
Des Moines area.
Summary: Key elements and practices will be discussed as strategic considerations when
designing compensation programs.
Since space is limited to 100 participants, please encourage your chapter members to
