“WORKFLEX” is stemming from several mega-drivers in organizations. What will business look like in 10 years?
- The recent past is a good predictor of the future---more, better, faster, for less costs…once you get that down: change the system again
- What the research says about really sustained successful organizations:
- Develop focused strategy
- Execute it
- Adjust and sustain its culture
- Provide a fast response organization structure
Many examples of how these changes are currently “playing out” in both local and national organizations will be discussed.

Exit I-80 at Exit 244, Dubuque Street. Head south into town on Dubuque Street. As you near downtown Iowa City, turn right on Market Street until it dead ends (this is a one-way street). Turn left onto Madison Street then immediately turn left into the IMU Parking Ramp. Exit the parking ramp on Level 4, heading east. Walk across the plaza into the Pappajohn Business Building
