After realizing the world of work need sweeping change, Kyle founded Human Innovation, LLC.  The mission of Human Innovation is to drive change through innovative people practices, and by putting humanity and heart back into the workplace. 

ISHRA members are invited to join our 2Q meeting.  This will be a roundtable on May 4th.  We will spend time discussing relevant HR topics with an opportunity to learn and network. 

Cherrie Spurlin will facilitate conversations around HR resources.  What tools, technologies and sources of information are saving you time in HR?

ISHRA members are invited to particpate in an informal opportunity to share or listen in on what other employers are doing (or not) to prepare for vaccinations/testing and all things connected to this.

While there are still confusing or unknown details of this requirement, perhaps this is an opportunity to lean on our members for discussion.
