    ISHRA is the only 100% chapter in the state of Iowa, achieving PLATINUM status on our SHAPE report every year since 2010.  We have a membership cap of 50.  We meet quarterly and encourage all members to actively participate in at least two meetings per year and to be engaged in the initiatives which can help us maintain our Platinum status.
