The first webinar - Open the Doors to
Certification - is designed for those of our
colleagues who are interested in obtaining
their HRCI certification this year. We will
discuss important first steps, study

The second webinar - A Leader's Guide to
Passion - is the result of my research on
personality, psychological conditions of
engagement (meaningfulness, safety, and
availability of resources) and employee
engagement. We will discuss the relevance of
emotional engagement, decode the most
important predictor of engagement
(meaningfulness), and explore key
connections between personality,
meaningfulness, and work-role fit. Further,
we will discuss the importance of an
"engaging leader" in our quest to engage our
