    The Iowa National Guard and the Iowa Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve is giving ISHRA members the opportunity to participate on a Center of Influence Flight.  This event will allow ISHRA members to learn more about ESGR, the National Guard, the Aviation mission as a State emergency asset and federal mobilizations.  To be eligible to attend you must:  be a current ISHRA member and hold a position in a supervisory or managerial role.

    It is not a requirement for employers to have a current Service Member as an employee to participate in this event.  If seats are available after October 25th, non-ISHRA members would be able to register.  No more than two employees from one company will be able to participate.
