    ISHRA and the University of Iowa Student SHRM Chapter will be meeting together at the University Club (1360 Melrose Avenue, Iowa City) at 5 pm on April 1st.  The deadline for registrations is Monday, March 30th.  Just email Kirsten Wennerstrom with your RSVP at:  kirstenwennerstrom@iseinc.biz.

    Ken Brown, Associate Dean at the University of Iowa, will be our featured speaker. Ken will be sharing his thoughts about HR “hot topics”, including evidence-based management.  ISHRA members please bring hot topics to share that you are currently working on along with foreseeable future topics. We will discuss some of those topics during this meeting, and identify topics for future meetings.

    Ken is Associate Dean of the Undergraduate Program in Business and Henry B. Tippie Research Fellow. He began teaching at the University of Iowa in 1998. Ken is a Senior Professional in Human Resources and serves on the HRCI Board. He has numerous publications and has received many honors.

    Please plan to participate in this interactive session and share your thoughts with colleagues and students.  Again, registration is due on Monday, March 30th.
